Made with a three-year-old rum base, this rum has a sweet vanilla bean and baking spice scent. Hot cinnamon dominates the palate, underpinned by a core of vanilla and oak. Though it has plenty of character and bounce, it’s too hot to sip straight, so plan to mix into highballs and other rum cocktails.
