Ruby claret in color, this vermouth presents light aromas of wormwood, vanilla, clove, and herbs. The palate reveals a delicate complexity where tart red berries and herbs create a full-bodied experience with a super dry finish. The sweet notes of vanilla accompany the tasting of this red vermouth made from Aglianico del Vulture Wine Titolo Classico. The Mediterranean profile is clear, thanks to the sweet and bitter orange, lemon, and tamarind that give freshness and body, together with the balsamic charge of plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub, such as savory, rosemary, and juniper. The tasting ends with a pleasant floral sensation of rose and hibiscus, along with an interesting balance between the sweetness of spices and the intense body typical of the vine.
