Long-term Pre-arrival Items
Long Term Pre-arrival Definition: Ordering wine directly through us from our supplier partners in Europe in advance of the item’s physical arrival in the US.
Long Term Pre-arrival sales ensure you’re getting the best possible price and that you have also secured the product before it hits the normal retail supply chain. The lead time for Pre-arrival goods is generally 4–8 months, sometimes longer based on supply chain and the logistics of transporting goods overseas. The expectation, from our team, is to communicate to the customer the location of their purchase every step of the way.
This product is offered as a full case purchase option, minimum order quantities may be applicable. When available, multiple case options will be presented. If you are purchasing a Pre-Arrival item you must order a solid case.
Rapid Ship
Items listed as "rapid ship" are in stock and available for immediate pickup or shipment. Those that do not have the "rapid ship" icon are housed with our supplier and must be transferred to our warehouse before they can be picked up or shipped. This requires 4-6 business days but usually occurs sooner. Some products will list both options of availability as there will be a certain number in stock, with the option to order additional bottles to be transferred from the supplier.

The top of the range, the 2013 Decero Amano Remolinos Vineyard is superb in a fresh vintage like 2013. This time the blend was 65% Malbec, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot and 3% Tannat. The élevage might sound a bit brutal, with 20-22 months in brand new oak barrels, but sometimes longer is better once you have used new barrels and although it’s slightly oaky and smoky, all the violets and cherries are also there, and I’m sure it’ will develop into a nice bottle of Agrelo. The palate reveals sophisticated tannins and elegant balance, with good freshness and a remarkable finish. Patience should be rewarded. 7,980 bottles were filled in February 2015.

Flavors of blackberry, vanilla, marshmallow and chocolate are derived from healthy fruit and plenty of oak. A long, spicy, woody finish offers a lot to chew on. Drink through 2021.

Bright medium ruby. Liqueur-like black cherry and flinty minerality on the nose, complemented by sexy oak tones. Plush, rich and deep, offering lovely mouthfilling, seamless dark berry and smoky oak flavors. Comes across as more backward than the Petit Verdot but bigger and a bit chunkier too, perhaps owing to its strong oak element and dusty tannins. This blend needs patience but will it ever show the surprising elegance of the Petit Verdot?
