Aromas of berries, dark chocolate and walnuts on both the nose and palate. Medium- to full-bodied, dense and spicy. The tannins frame this nicely, with an intensity that makes it slightly chewy. 65% merlot, 30% cabernet sauvignon, 3% cabernet franc and the 2% petit verdot. Second wine of Haut-Bailly. Give this some time. Drink after 2027.
