Wonderfully, even exuberantly, fresh aromas of spice, citrus and green apple are perfectly complemented by the equally fresh, bright and racy middle weight flavors that terminate in a crisp, highly refreshing, agreeably dry and lingering lemon zest-tinged finish. This is really lovely for what it is and is a wine that could be enjoyed as a ‘do everything’ summer sipper or held for a few years. But it is so appealing now it is hard to imagine that it will be better 3 years hence – different certainly but better? That’s an open question.
