Appearance: Pale luminous gold in colour with a trace of green.
Nose: When harvested at optimum maturity, this Sauvignon releases aromas of candied lemon, white flowers and grapefruit, enhanced by a subtle mineral touch.
Palate: The attack is fresh, intense and harmonious, expressing roundness and depth. Citrus aromas are confirmed on the tongue (lemongrass, yuzu), mingling with tropical fruit notes. The finish is vibrant with good follow-through.
