The 2023 Chablis Le Finage has a focused bouquet that’s well defined with touches of pressed white flowers and oyster shells. The palate is fresh with a tensile opening. This is less tropical than its peers, although this lacks a bit of complexity on the finish. But it is a well-made Chablis Village that’s perfect for early drinking. Tasted blind at the BIVB offices in Chablis.
