From lieu-dit Les Rocoules, this is an intense and concentrated white Hermitage, showing mango and quince fruit with a touch of honeycomb. There's aniseed too, and an almost minty freshness on the nose. Although the acidity is on the low side, the tingling, mineral finish brings freshness and balance. No new oak.

Round and full on the palate with notes of peach, honey, and vanilla. Ideal with fish dishes and flavorful cheeses.
