The 2019 Extra Brut Efflorescence shows the depth and textural resonance of this great vintage. Ample and layered in the glass, with tremendous substance, the Efflorescence has so much to offer. Red plum, mint, herbs and chamomile open gradually, but it is the wine’s palate feel that impresses most. No dosage. Disgorged: April 2025; multiple disgorgements throughout the year.
