Marqués de Riscal 150 Aniversario Gran Reserva is a wine produced only in excellent vintages, created to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the winery, as well as the history and winemaking traditions of Rioja Alavesa. For its production, grapes are harvested, mostly Tempranillo, from some of the oldest vines in the region, with a minimum age of 80 years. These are generally venerable, low-productivity vines that produce some of the most concentrated and flavourful fruit of the vintage. This wine contains modernity and tradition, offers complexity and freshness, power and flexibility, it is without a doubt the true expression of Rioja Alavesa.
