• 65+ year old vines.
• East facing slope.
• Cooler site, near the entrance to the Combe de Lavaux.
• Limestone soils.
• De-stemmed.
• 18-21 day fermentation and maceration in stainless steel, with mostly pump overs.
• Indigenous yeast.
• Aged in barrel (40% new) for 18 months.
