Inviting aromas and flavors of buttered scone, challah, toasted pecan, grilled apples, and oats with brown sugar and cream with a slightly chewy, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a warming, gigantic, very long finish revealing notes of currant buns, cardamom-dusted peach, black tea, chocolate, and tonka bean. An absolute delight of an Irish Single Malt with never-ending flavors of yeasty buns, sweet fruits, and brown sugar; a resounding “Delicious!” from the panel for this exceptional spirit.
