Gold color. Aromas and flavors of blanched almond and sea spray, amontillado and a bite of jamon, brioche and marzipan, and dried apricot with a round, lively, dry medium body and a tingling, intricate, medium-long finish with impressions of sun dried white grapes, orange blossom honey, cinnamon stick, and vanilla. A focused Whiskey with sweet and sunny flavors with hints of sea salt; would make a lovely pairing with oysters.

Intended as a tribute to Midleton Master Distiller Barry Crockett, this delicate, silky whiskey has a golden hue and a lovely fresh-apple scent. On the palate, apple and ripe pear meld with butterscotch and a touch of banana on the long finish. Meant for savoring straight up.

This is mastery of American oak! Polished wood, cinnamon cereals, dry spices of pepper, allspice, and paprika, and a riot of mostly overripe fruit: custard apple, mango, brown banana, baked apricot dessert, and fresh fig. Caramel, date slices, treacle, and cracker bread flavors are bathed in feisty pot still spices and fleeting green apple, before a lush, rich sweetness of banoffee pie, vanilla, and cinnamon descends.
