Made using barrels from three different warehouses, a throwback to a pre-1870 blending technique intended to ensure consistency, this is a surprisingly light and delicate Bourbon. The aroma evokes coconut, plus a surprising floral note. The palate also shows coconut, spice, dried apricot and vanilla. Sip or mix.
