92-94 Bright, dark red. Explosive Gevrey nose offers scents of raspberry, truffley underbrush and meat. Then super-concentrated and utterly seamless on the palate, with fruit-driven strawberry and raspberry flavors lifted by pungent minerality and complicated by a chocolatey nuance. Offers terrific delineation for such a velvety wine. Finishes with smooth, building tannins and excellent length and lift. A potentially great example of Cazetiers.

90-93 A pungent nose is presently composed by notes of wood and reduction. On the plus side there is good freshness and energy to the bigger and more muscular flavors that also display a lovely mineral streak that extends to the sleek, succulent and slightly longer and more complex finale. This moderately powerful effort is sufficiently firmly structured to observe that it will need at least 5 to 6 years of bottle age first.
