Colour: Bright raspberry red with a slightly violet-coloured rim, very brilliant and glyceric.
Nose: Fresh and intense, reminiscent of sweets like cherry candy, raspberry, red fruits of the forest and tart strawberry gum. Fresh aromas of dry hay. Balsamic and floral (rockrose, lavender, pine) notes. Citric Pink grapefruit skin.
Palate: Fruity, touch of strawberry chewing gum sweetness, with a long red fruits aftertaste. Fresh and lively acidity, with lactic strawberry yoghurt notes.
