Piuze’s 2024 Chablis Terroir de Chablis, sourced predominantly from a north-facing hillside, is vinified 30% in tank, with the remainder in wood, and offers aromas of white flowers, Granny Smith apple and lemon oil. Medium-bodied, taut and incisive, it is laden with bright acids and concludes with a long, saline finish, its crisp profile faithfully reflecting the cool vintage profile.
