The Paul Clüver 2024 Elgin Village Chardonnay, sealed under screw cap, is aged for 10 months in a mix of foudre (54%), concrete egg (21%) and old 300-liter barrels (25%), with no new oak. Mineral and lightly dusty in profile, it offers crisp green apple and clean acidity, delivering a fresh, precise expression intended for early enjoyment. Entirely estate-grown in this vintage, the wine is produced in 49,153 bottles.
