This red is pure and alluring for its juicy cherry, currant, sandalwood and toasty oak flavors. Builds in intensity to the resonant aftertaste without being obvious, drawing on the vibrant acidity. There’s a light, chalky feel on the finish. Elegant. Best from 2027 through 2043.
