• 100% Alfrocheiro sourced from vineyards with decomposed granite planted in 2003 at 360m above sea level in Serra de Estrela. • Harvested by hand. • Partial carbonic-macertaion with 50% whole bunches and 50% destemmed fruit pressed halfway through fermentation into a mixture of stainless steel, glass demijohns and used 225L barrels for 6 months. • Electric, juicy and herbaceous.
