Top 100 Spirits of 2023. Tawny and bright, this five-year-old rum shows rich caramel on nose and palate. The long, nutty finish includes burnt orange peel, cocoa powder and a bold burst of cayenne, cinnamon bark and star anise. Distilled in Thailand and it was aged in France, in American oak casks that previously held Cognac.
