Moody, deep amber in color, this private, single barrel non-chill filtered whiskey is all business. Initially bright and peppery, the whiskey soon melts into its savory, meaty, full bodied form. A welcome floral bouquet of black tea, bergamot, freshly grated nutmeg and vanilla been lingers both on the nose and palate and the whiskey sails away into a long finish.
