The 2025 Clarete Natural La Vaquita is 80% Malbec and 20% Torrontés from Maipú. It is expressive, with fresh cherry, violet and white-flower notes that give it a primary, intense tone. The palate is delicate and flavorful, simple yet nuanced, with a charming primary finish. It is a technical and flavorful achievement for a wine without added sulfites.
