88-90 Bright medium ruby. Even darker on the nose than the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Les Trois Terroirs, offering scents of blackberry, violet and tropical dark chocolate and brown spice flavors. Rather relaxed in the middle palate considering the tiny yield of 12 hectoliters per hectare, but finishes with a firm dusting of tannins.
