This requires 4-6 business days but usually occurs sooner. Light honey hue. Lovely, understated opening bouquet highlights the freshness of the malt in a gently sweet, almost honeyed way; aeration deepens the honey aspect and adds nuances of pine needle and sugar biscuits. Palate entry is honey sweet and amiable, then at midpalate the taste profile accelerates into a semi-rich honey, maple-like flavor that’s approachable and easy. Finish is long, moderately sweet and velvety. A solid introductory, medium-bodied, flowery/fruity Speyside malt.
