Long-term Pre-arrival Items
Long Term Pre-arrival Definition: Ordering wine directly through us from our supplier partners in Europe in advance of the item’s physical arrival in the US.
Long Term Pre-arrival sales ensure you’re getting the best possible price and that you have also secured the product before it hits the normal retail supply chain. The lead time for Pre-arrival goods is generally 4–8 months, sometimes longer based on supply chain and the logistics of transporting goods overseas. The expectation, from our team, is to communicate to the customer the location of their purchase every step of the way.
This product is offered as a full case purchase option, minimum order quantities may be applicable. When available, multiple case options will be presented. If you are purchasing a Pre-Arrival item you must order a solid case.
Rapid Ship
Items listed as "rapid ship" are in stock and available for immediate pickup or shipment. Those that do not have the "rapid ship" icon are housed with our supplier and must be transferred to our warehouse before they can be picked up or shipped. This requires 4-6 business days but usually occurs sooner. Some products will list both options of availability as there will be a certain number in stock, with the option to order additional bottles to be transferred from the supplier.

The grapes of Shoresh 2024 are sourced from small blocks of rocky soil from our estate grown Shoresh Vineyard. On this shallow and poor soil the vines strive for nutrition, which results in concentrated grapes with an array of flavors. This is a rich blend of Syrah (60%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%), Petit Verdot (10%) and Merlot (10%) showing flavors of dark fruit and spices. The wine shows beautiful and harmonious texture.
Shoresh 2024 was bottled after an aging period of 14 months in French oak barriques. The wine could be enjoyed now and will continue to improve in the bottle for many years to come.
Shoresh 2024 is a result of a joint work with our consultant, Mr. Jean-Claude Berrouet, the preceding Technical Director of Chateau Pétrus.
Since biblical times, Israel has been an important production center for wine, and continues to be so to this day. All over Israel, the Mediterranean climate the country enjoys ensures that grapes grow to full ripeness, and the vineyards are helped considerably by the mineral rich limestone soils which typify the geology of the wine regions. Interestingly, in Israel, up to fifteen percent of all wine production today is used for sacramental purposes, and the vast majority of the wines produced there are made in accordance to Jewish kosher laws. Israel is split into five major wine producing regions; Galil, The Judean Hills, Shimshon, The Negev, and the Sharon Plain, and in recent years the wine industry of Israel has brought over twenty five million dollars per annum to the Israeli economy.

Judean Hills
The Judean Hills are one of the world's most culturally and historically important areas, with millennia of history which has helped to shape the world in which we live today. Wine production and vineyard cultivation has actually been taking place in this ancient region since Biblical times, making this essentially New World wine region a very old one indeed, and giving historical and traditional clout to the relatively small wineries which operate there. As with most of the wineries in Israel, those in the Judean Hills use mostly imported French varietals, first introduced to the region in the mid 19th century by the Rothschild family, who wanted to boost the wine industry of the country. Today, the Judean Hills produce the country's finest Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot wines.
