Intense aromas of grated ginger as well as dried apple and pineapple. Dried flowers, too. Full-bodied with quince and lemon curd with an orange peel undertone. Lemon tart. Delicious finish. Wonderful purity of fruit here. Drink or hold.

Dark and brooding, the aromatics showcase a broad spectrum of black and red fruits in the 2021 Lewis MacGregor Estate Pinot Noir. The concentration on the nose is compelling and is leavened with hints of anise, bergamot, and cedar. Broad and saturating on the entry, the wine overwhelms the palate with dense notes of berry fruits, citrus, and black tea. The sensation of the black tea-like tannin lingers on the palate all the way through the long finish.
