This small-batch whisky has a mild, almost neutral aroma and silky, spiced palate. Each sip opens with cinnamon and plum skin, leading into maple and dried fig richness, extending into a moderate finish marked by cocoa, nutmeg and ginger. Adding water brings in more baking spice.
