Long-term Pre-arrival Items

Long Term Pre-arrival Definition: Ordering wine directly through us from our supplier partners in Europe in advance of the item’s physical arrival in the US.

Long Term Pre-arrival  sales ensure you’re getting the best possible price and that you have also secured the product before it hits the normal retail supply chain. The lead time for Pre-arrival goods is generally 4–8 months, sometimes longer based on supply chain and the logistics of transporting goods overseas. The expectation, from our team, is to communicate to the customer the location of their purchase every step of the way.

Case Only Items

This product is offered as a full case purchase option, minimum order quantities may be applicable. When available, multiple case options will be presented. If you are purchasing a Pre-Arrival item you must order a solid case.

Altesse

Altesse, an esteemed white grape variety native to the Savoie region of France, embodies the alpine terroir in its wines. Also known as Roussette, it flourishes in the rugged landscapes of the French Alps, where it thrives in high-altitude vineyards with limestone-rich soils and cool climates.

Altesse yields wines characterized by their elegance, finesse, and complexity. Its aromatic profile often features notes of white flowers, stone fruits, and hints of honey and herbs, reflecting the mountainous environment where it grows. With its lively acidity and mineral undertones, Altesse wines offer a refreshing and invigorating drinking experience.

While historically used in blends, Altesse is increasingly celebrated as a varietal wine, captivating enthusiasts with its unique expression of Savoie’s distinctive terroir and its ability to evoke the spirit of the Alpine landscape in every sip.
