Cathiard produced fully 36 barrels of the 2022 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Les Dames Huguette, a medium-bodied, taut and incisive red redolent of plums, berries and petals. The soils here are stonier, so it’s always the tangiest of his three Hautes-Côtes bottlings.
