The Ferrington Vineyard is an excellent cool climate site that produces a fruit set of red berries, Bing cherry, red currant, star anise, and notes of red flowers, coriander, sarsaparilla, and toasted oak on the nose. The flavors on the palate are youthful, strawberry, crabapple, raspberry, dried bay leaf, Black pepper, and mineral, rounding out the tannins on the finish. Decant or Hold until 2030.
