The 2024 JI JI JI combines equal amounts of Malbec and Pinot Noir fermented with carbonic maceration in amphora. Opening with a juicy, herbal and slightly smoky bouquet, the palate is lifted and high-toned, seamlessly transitioning to an energetic, stony and remarkably harmonious finish. The unity between the two disparate varieties on display here is impressive, as is the integrated nature of its carbonic-derived aromas.
