An airy, ripe and elegant combination of spice, white flower, exotic tea and petrol precede overtly stony, detailed and highly refined middle weight flavors that display fine length on the impeccably well-balanced finale. This is textbook Tillets, which is to say a wine of finesse that could be enjoyed young or with 6 to 9 years of keeping. Recommended as well.

Of all the white wine grape varietals, surely the one that has spread the furthest and is most widely appreciated is Chardonnay. This green-skinned grape is now grown all over the Old and New Worlds, from New Zealand to the Americas, from England to Chile, and is one of the first varietals people think of when considering white wine grapes.
