The 2025 Blanco, a blend of Sémillon, Pedro Giménez and Chenin Blanc from the Uco Valley, opens with herbs, lime and white peach, showing a lively aromatic profile. Cheerful in style, the palate is driven by acidity, with a lightly creamy texture and agile flow.

The 2025 Blanco is a blend of 58% Sémillon, 28% Pedro Giménez and 14% Chenin Blanc, each variety harvested and vinified separately, despite their co-planted nature in an 85-year-old pergola. It wafts from the glass with a detailed and expressive nose of stone fruits, honey and jasmine, followed by a dense, lush mouthfeel and a cleansing, open-knit finish.

• Semillon, Chenin Blanc & Pedro Gimenez. • Hand harvested. • The Semillon comes from San Carlos and Altamira, with the component of Altamira fermented with 25% skins and 40% stems for 5 days. • The Chenin Blanc comes from San Carlos and was pressed, racked, and fermented. • The Pedro Gimenez comes from San Carlos was fermented on the skins for 3 days. • Each component was fermented separately with indigenous yeast in concrete vats. • 6 month aging in concrete vats.
