The herbal nature continuously gains intensity with further aeration, introducing a delectable yet laser-focused palate with seamless precision and vibrant acidity. It concludes with high-toned, mineral-drenched persistence and a luscious yet composed fruit profile, gaining grip and depth with increased oxygen exposure. While already undeniably delicious, this will be a pleasure to watch evolve over the coming two decades. Compared to the Appellation Altamira bottling, this focuses squarely on aromatic herbs and chalky, vertical energy that sits higher in the mouth versus the former’s floral depth and horizontal power.
