The 2017 Blanc de Blanc Serie Circular comes from the Uco Valley. Showing tertiary evolution, it offers aromas of candied pineapple, pastry, quince and vermouth-like notes. Dry, crisp and expressive, the palate reveals yeasty, bready elements that extend the flavor. Fully developed now, the 2017 remains vibrant and flavorful.
