The Senex washes across the palate with real heft, displaying a pretty inner sweetness up front that is quickly contrasted by a whiplash of vibrant acidity. It™s long and stimulating to the senses, finishing with masses of herbal-laced citrus that cleanse the palate for another opulent sip. The 2019 is beautiful today, but it has serious cellar potential.
