Malvasia is an ancient and diverse grape family that produces a wide range of white, red, and sweet wines. The most common variety, Malvasia Bianca, is widely used in both dry and sweet white wines, known for their aromatic richness and complexity. Puglia is, in essence, a region of deep traditions, and the wine makers there are determined to stick to their traditional techniques and methods, and keep the unique identity of Puglian wine alive in the twenty first century.
