The blend has evolved over the years, while remaining rooted in its complexity, light aromatics, and lifted texture. The fruit was lightly foot-stomped for a short period of skin contact before pressing, then aged in a combination of neutral French oak barrique and stainless steel prior to bottling.

Indeed, if California was a country, it would be the fourth largest producer of wine in the world, with a vast range of vineyards covering almost half a million acres.
