Casa San Matias Pueblo Viejo Tequila Blanco 80@ 1.0Ltr

This is almost neutral on the nose, with a slightly fruity fragrance. On the palate, this soft blanco shows anise, lemon peel and touches of violet and spicy cinnamon. Interestingly, the delicately fruity-floral notes suggest a grappa or pisco rather than a classic Tequila.

Appearance: A clear and bright tequila with a bluish tinge. Aroma: As a result of the slow cooking of the agave, it has an aroma of green apple, fruits and citrus notes. Taste: A smooth herbal flavor with The fine citric touches. Palate confirms the caramel flavor of cooked agave and a rich blend of fruit flavors, lightly specious with a very pleasant long lasting end.
