The 2025 Rosé Romance hits all the right notes. Floral and citrus elements leap from the glass, settling into the palate with rounded, supple contours and a sneaky through-line of mineral-tinged acids. The 2025 boasts the weight and mid-palate density that is absent in many other 2025s from Provence, and that makes it a winner in my book. This is a blend of 40% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 30% Cinsault and 15% Merlot.

Color: Very light pink, like the sun’s reflection on water. Nose: Amazing aromatics that are very inviting. Dominant orchard fruits like peaches, peach ring candies and a sweet fruit salad. A very beautiful, floral and intense nose that jumps out from the glass. Taste: The freshness, the fruitiness of this wine hits you at the front of your tongue. Freshly picked and chopped fruit, very ripe peach and strawberry flavors. A great texture, almost silkiness to the wine.
