A brilliant, impeccably made Pessac, the 2023 Château De Fieuzal Blanc is based on 60% Sauvignon and 40% Semillon and offers beautiful notes of ripe citrus, lime, crushed stone, and minty flowers. Medium-bodied, fresh, focused, and elegant on the palate, it has integrated acidity and a great finish. This is one classic white that does everything right! It will keep for 15 years in cold cellars. Drink 2026-2041.

The Blanc shows the riper side of the year to great effect, adding pretty layers to the mid-palate and an orchard fruit character that is quite appealing. Its balance is exquisite.

91-93 2023 Fieuzal Blanc has a chalky, dry nose and a precise, fresh taste of white flowers. It has some sweetness but also a fine, fresh tannic backbone. Normally, Fieuzal ages very well and this wine should develop more aromas with the passing of time. Save it for 3-5 years and it should be even better.
