89-91 The 2024 Patache d'Aux is very nicely done. Sweet floral notes meld into a core of blue/purplish fruit, lavender, licorice and white pepper. The long, saline finish is quite pretty. There is a bit of tightness on the back end, but hopefully élevage can address that.
