Deep nose of graphite, grilled red peppers, dark minerals and blackberries. This is densely packed, with an almost full body and very fine-grained, chalky tannins. Mineral tension extends the long finish. 50% merlot, 47% cabernet sauvignon and 3% cabernet franc. Drinkable now, but better in three years. Drink or hold. From a vertical tasting at the winery.
