Top 100 Spirits of 2023. This Cognac was aged four years in used French oak casks, then transferred to new Japanese casks made from rare Mizunara wood for another six months. The end result is a mild, fresh apple aroma and light palate. Each sip evolves. Pineapple and tropical fruit lead to ginger and white pepper sparks, followed by a delicate floral exhale.
