The 2022 Cune Crianza is a blend of 85% Tempranillo with 15% Garnacha and Mazuelo from Rioja Alta. Looking for the Haro style, it fermented in 20,000-liter stainless steel vats with selected yeasts and matured in well-seasoned, used American oak and a small portion of French oak barrels for 12 months. Like in many places across Spain, the results in 2022 are much better than expected. This is soft and tender, polished and approachable, without the tension of a cooler year but very pleasant and easy to drink. They have been looking for finer and more elegant wines, finer-boned. It was bottled with 13.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.63 and 5.45 grams of acidity. They produced three million bottles. It was bottled in December 2025.

Dry and agile, it has lightly reactive tannins that provide grip without excess and deliver solid flavor definition. Notably well-made for its scale of production, this 2022 Crianza shows the composure expected of a Rioja of this type.

Medium intensity of maroon colour. In nose, we can find aromas of wild fruits, liquorice together with vanillas, toffees and cocoa from the American oak barrels. Soft entrance in mouth with rounded tanins and a slightly acidic end which leads to a long and fruity aftertaste. This wine is easy to drink, fresh and perfect for pairing with every type of dishes of the Mediterranean diet.
