Deep and perfumed, with sweet blood oranges, wild dark berries, minerals, dried roses and tea leaves on the nose. Quite complex, fine and delicious, with a hint of dark earth decadence and a peppery twist before a long finish. Tannins are quite dusty, measured and precise. The stems don’t dominate and are crucial to the freshness of this red. So delicious now, but can hold.
