The vinification process begins with destemming, where 100% of the grapes are destemmed before fermentation. The fermentation takes place over a period of 18 days in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks, utilizing minimal punching down and some pumping over to ensure optimal extraction. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes maturation for 10 to 12 months in tanks, allowing it to develop its character and complexity. This wine is fruity with plenty of finesse, presenting a round and elegant profile that makes it a real pleasure to drink. It can be enjoyed on its own or paired with red meat, poultry, or a charcuterie board. This Burgundy will delight your palate with its aromas of red fruit and its refined finesse. For the best experience, serve the wine at a temperature of 14 to 16°C.
