Picked late, but ‘not too late’, according to winemaker François Moriamez so that the skins and seeds were ripe, this is produced from vines with an average age of 70 years and is a comparatively well-structured Chambolle from a Premier Cru that neighbours Bonnes Mares. Combining some tannic grip and sinew with succulent summer berry and rose petal notes and just the right amount of acidity for balance. Drinking Window 2025 – 2032.
