87-89 A very pinot-like nose features notes of red and black cherry, spice, violet and a touch of earth. The rich and solidly voluminous flavors are delicious and caressing where the seductive texture contrasts somewhat with the mildly rustic and youthfully austere finale. This should drink well after only 2 to 3 years of keeping.
